Vintage tricycle police trike 1960's

This old tricycle has been around for a long time and we are wont someone to save it. It's in a pretty good shape for how old it is. The main problem is the front wheel is broke on the plastic, the door has one pin holding it in place and some rust here and there. There is not much info on this and I only found a blue version of the same bike here: "tricyclefetish".
