Vintage Squirt Gun Prototype or Infringer Gotchawet Water Laser Squirt Gun

Unable to find any info on this water gun / squirt gun but it appears to be a predecessor to Lonnie Johnson's water gun or a very early infringer. Either way it is ultra rare and unique-I don't expect many exist today!
