Here we have a vintage Post WWII NOS J-P Scooter Kit. New in box with instructions. Everything you need to build your own "new" over 60 year old! Soapbox scooter Has 4 steel wheels, hardware and wood included. The box had never been opened until today.
We opened it to take pictures for this listing. The illustration at the lower portion of the instructions has deteriorated a little bit as shown in picture five.
