I searched the internet to no avail. Best guess is late 1940's into the 1950's. Basic design, all cast aluminum, was just the kind of post War era production that aircraft engine parts manufacturers developed in the new booming economy.
Wheels are about a 6 rim size. The steering pivot pin was missing and a cheesy screw held together for display I guess. Roughly 30" wheel base and 28 1/2" handlebar to axle height. The pivot hole for steering point needs a bushing to correct elongated stretching (no cracks found). Steel band underside of deck is a kick stand. This would be a sweet scooter to restore and fairly simple for you enthusiasts to handle. I want a photo when you complete the rebuild! This item is in the category "Toys & Hobbies\Outdoor Toys & Structures\Ride-Ons & Tricycles\Pre-1970".
