VINTAGE PEDAL CAR The Jalopy BY GARTON Complete CAR. This has the all the components but it needs some touch up and attention.

The hood ornament broke off but is there and can be re-attached. There are nuts and bolts missing and the windshield needs to welded and touched up with some paint, pin-striping on the wheels, etc.
