Vintage Pedal Car Gotham TV Show Prop

It looks to me that it might have been made from a baby carriage. It looks complete and It appears to have everything underneath as a factory built pedal car would. The steering linkage is not hooked up and that looks like that is all is needed to make it functional and maybe some minor tweaks here and there. It has dents and scrapes and some surface rust possibly done on purpose by the. This is a COOL Piece for the Pedal Car Collector.
