Vintage pedal car

No idea of what year pedal car is , right side where the two crossed checkered flags are need most work , one small hole and lower lip has rust and some & small dents and some cracks welded up could be smooth out needs work. Pedal car mechanism works butt is very sloppy and wore out ,, steering mechanism works needs adjustment , rest of body has lots of original paint and very solid, dimensions are roughly 34 inches long and 11 and a half plus inches wide excluding axles.
