Vintage Murray Skipper Boat Pedal Car

This is a Murray Skipper pedal boat. Its in solid condition but needs restoration. No dents, cracks or split metal. Needs new tires, and plastic bushings, normal wear and tear items that would be replaced during restoration. The motor didnt come with it, and there are reflectors where the mast and flag go, thats how I got it.
