I dont believe this item was used much by the great condition the original tires are in. A few scuffs and surface rust on frame but overall this is a great collectors piece. Measures 34 L from front tire to rear tire. From the Front tire to the top of handle bars measures 31 Tall. "Empowering Means Through Training Nationals in Developing Nations".
