1982 Hasbro Pawtucket RI INCHWORM Bouncy Ride on kids toy. Wiggle and Giggle with Inchworm.

Wheels were sealed in the plastic until recently an employee opened the bag. So it has never been assembled. Axle's are still strapped to the cardboard insert. The 4 red plastic locking hubcaps also were also in the bag with the wheels along with the 4 tubes which are axle protectors. Box is a little worn.
