Vintage Antique Pioneer Scooter 10/24 toy child's kid push metal and wood 1920s

Vintage Antique Scooter 10/24 toy child's kid push metal and wood. I believe this is a Pioneer scooter and is from the 1920's era the wheel patented on the bottom of the scooter is 1923. The scooter is in good shape considering its age, it does have some scuffs and some bends in the metal on the wheels that you can see in the pictures. There is also a couple of chips out the handle bar that you can see in the picture. I would also like to point out that this has 2 spots on the frame that I can see has been welded.

The rubber on the wheels has a split in each of them. So when you receive the piece you will need to place the top back on to the bottom and re insert the cutter pin.
