Vintage Anchor Pedal Car Keep - Rare Find. This pedal car keep was made by Anchor. It has a unique steering wheel.

A similar one I found online said they only knew of three in the world (sounds a little unlikely), but all of the others attributed to Anchor had a different steering wheel. This one is pretty rough, but the pedals work although most of the tires are flat-sided.
