THIS ITEM IS----a very scarce ride on toy, no manufacturing name on this toy anywhere, made of thick plastic, metal and with a wooden ball at teh top, like the creative playtings rocking horse. But here you can reinact a sceen from Dr Strangelove, what fun. Neat, aprox 25 inch long. Condition: it looks like the wooden ball was reglued on, the other part of the handle is a bit crocked and there is a bit of up and down play in the handle/wheel area, like it needs a couple washers, but not sure how to put some on, it still works fine, and this toy is for small children like toddlers, SO COOL.
