AWESOME VINTAGE GARTON TIN LIZZY. MIGHT HAVE BEEN TOUCH UP WITH PAINT IN SPOTS (YELLOW) DURING THE LIFE OF THE PEDAL CAR. CRACK ON THE BOTTOM OF THE HORN AND MISSING THE HONKER. NOT SURE IF ANY OTHER PIECES ARE MISSING!
