Vintage 1940's Fordpedal car

This is a very old, rusty pedal car. The only thing I could find when researching it was that is looked like a 1940's Ford truck pedal car. It looks like it had a hood ornament at one time.

As you can see in the photos it is rough. There may have been some kind of badge on the front grill area, so maybe police or fire. There are only a couple of flakes of color left on it, one red, and yellow.

There appears to be some kind or graphic on the sides of the car. One wood pedal is there, the other is gone. The wheels and tires are shot. It is about 42 inches long and 18 inches wide. If I get any more information I will revise this listing, if you know anything about it please let me know.
