This classic 1930s tricycle is in good original unrestored condition. The solid tires are thick rubber. There's damage to both of the rubber grips. Base on my research these tricycle used to come in three model named by numbers, 10, 11, and 12.
This one correspond to the model #12 which has the biggest tires (20 inches in the front and 14 inches in the back). The symbol of American National is in pretty good condition. The company gain in world popularity around the great depression. Their slogan was "Raise the Kids on Wheels". I think dreaming about your kids to have a better life than yours was what make this tricycle so famous.
Parents were financially struggling and, my guess, is that this vehicle will bring not only joy but hope for the next generations. I hope it finds the right home. This applies to both the item and retail packaging. We usually respond within 24 hours on weekdays.
