Very Nice Antique/Vintage Tricycle With Tag (Badge) Showing partial brand

This is a really nice old tricycle. It has a partial tag, and it is hard for me to determine exactly where it came from.

To me, it appears to say Simmond Hardware Company. That company was started in St. I have no way to know if that is truly what the tag has on it. I do not know if any modifications were done to it or if it is original.

It has hard rubber tyres, and the seat appears to be leather.
