Unrestored Vintage Metal Pedal Car, Pacer on side

Unrestored Vintage Metal Pedal Car Functionally and structurally good, seat has a crack and one wheel is rusted through one wall (see pictures). Body is pretty solid but has surface rust in and out. Tires are in decent condition with no cracks, splits or dry rot. Pedals are very nice and mechanics work well. Says Pacer on side, that's the only mark I can find. 34" long x 14" wide x 18 high to top of steering wheel.
