Signed Ertl Vintage Ford Pedal Tractor

It's in great shape but it does have two small scratches on the front (see pictures). Measurements: 37" long (from front to back), 25" tall (from ground to top of steering wheel), 18.25" wide across the back tires and the seat is 10.5" wide.
