It's new, never fired or put together, but it has been removed from the box. The box is in very good used condition with some light shelfware but no major damage. The tape is cut on one end where it was opened. One of the arrows has a ding in it but that was due to how it was originally packaged in the box. You do not see these come up for sale often.
