It teeters back and forth like your really flying!! It also can rotate all the way around. This is a very rare toy by little Tikes. No cracks and is quite bright. Red Little Tikes stuff fades usually over time but this is still really nice. The base is nice and wide so no toppling over. You find many teeter totters like this anymore. The white dashboard has a broken of spot but is intact still. The original blades are missing but you can still spin the bullnose center piece. The handles for the seats of the wings are missing. A broom handle or thick dowel cut down will easily remedy that.
