EXLT Vintage WHITE BIRD KITE 25 ft FRIENDLY RAINBOW DRAGON Hawaii Signed

Up for sale we have a beautiful White Bird "FRIENDLY" RAINBOW DRAGON kite. We believe the signature says Loise which we've heard can indicate it was sewn by Heloise Lochman herself, but it could also be from another L name as the signature is certainly open to interpretation.

The label itself is folded in half and edge stitched into a flag-style tag. There is also a coin (we suspect a penny) sewn into the tag, something we've not seen in other White Bird kite examples online.

This listing includes the kite only, no flying string, bag or insert sheet. Very excellent--t he head of the kite appears to be nearly perfect--no rips, snags, stains, etc--the fiberglass frame is very strong--we say "appears to be" because we're not collectors & may not be looking for something an expert would. The kite tail shows some storage wear based on how it's been folded. The fabric is sturdy & the precision stitching is beautiful and all intact. The colors are bright and vibrant, including the metallic eye detail which looks shiny and new.
