Antique Vintage Pedal Car 1920's 1930's

Just acquired from a Pennsylvania estate we have a antique or vintage pedal car. I was told this looks to be from the 20s or 30s. Looks to have been repainted red with a yellow or mustard type paint underneath. Looks like some bolts were replaced in the front.
