Antique AMERICAN NATIONAL AIRFLOW TRICYCLE-1936-SOLID-COMPLETE ORIGINAL-VINTAGE

Vintage AMERICAN NATIONAL Airflow Tricycle. Please look at photos as they are part of description. Right at the beginning of Airflow styled ride-on toys. American National was a very well made, good quality brand. In good solid restorable condition. Very solid and original trike. Last 5 photos show VERY WELL MADE repro rear fender wing trim which is almost always missing.

Stamped chrome plated and have 3 tabs as original! The cast trim in photos with the trike are not included. Original cast red rubber seat. Correct original pattern NOS rubber extrusion for tires.

Was red with white pinstripes originally. Pinstripes are still visible for pattern. This could be restored as a Fire Chief. No visible damage to metal. Frame and all sheet metal are VERY straight with no cracks, dents, or damage. Surface rust all over as shown. NO deep pitting or rot.

Some normal pitting to the chrome pieces but nothing really bad. Should be a straightforward restoration. Front wheel is missing several spokes but remaining are good for pattern. Original cast rubber seat has normal age shrinkage but no cracks or missing rubber.

Could be left as is or filled and painted to restore. Front mount for seat frame has come loose.

Good solid early Streamline Airflow trike. This will be packed with LOTS of care!
