Antique 1948 Red Metal Boys/Girls Tricycle WithWire Basket & Hard Rubber Tires

This antique tricycle is a must-have for collectors and kids alike. The metal frame is painted in a vibrant red color and is in overall good condition. It comes with the perfect wire basket for carrying toys or treats. It has three hard rubber tires that are in decent condition as well. On average it is perfect for children between the ages of 2-4 years old. The seat is leather and it does have some cracking on top as well as underneath the seat. It has grey glitter hand grips on both sides. They are also in decent condition. There is very little surface rust on the body itself. I could not find a brand. In researching this tricycle I believe it was made mid to late 1940s. One article specifically mentioned 1948. If this is incorrect please advise and I will certainly update the listing. It stands approximately 24 tall from the handlebars to the ground. The handlebars are adjustable so please keep that in mind.

From the front tire to the back of the back tire is approximately 25 long. From the outside of the back wheel to the outside of the other back wheel is approximately 11. It is in overall good condition and would be a great restoration project.
