Measures about 33"L X just over 15"w X 13"H not including steering wheel; with steering wheel it's just over 17"h (dollar bill shown in image for size comparison only). Vintage, pre-owned, imperfect, used condition - surface wear, dings, scratching, some rusting to body and throughout, but primarily the seat inside.

Nut that holds on steering wheel is missing. Pedal mechanism a little noisy but working fine.
