Vintage Restorable Murray 1949 Fire Chief Pedal Car In Original Condition

This came from original owners. Body is in good original condition. This had been sitting in a heated area of house which helped to keep toy from rusting. The body does have rust & scratches & some white paint specks on hood but still the original paint looks good. The seat has a crack in center of front lip & they had put a piece of wood underneath for support.

The seat can be brazed & repaired. The front steering assembly the piece that attaches to the steering rod had broken off at the rod. The rear wheel assembly has the axle bearing broken. Wheel turns but there is play in axle.

The bell is missing the strike assembly inside. Great piece to fix & display.
