Complete restoration, new tires, pedals, decals, paint. Paint job is not flawless, there is some light orange peel in spots and a few drips in areas difficult to see. The yellow seat is a little bit off-color in an area which may easily clean. There are a couple of extremely small nicks on the top of the hood, difficult to see unless you're looking very hard. All in all it's a really nice rig, it will be a great addition to anyone's collection.
