Nlmp Caterpillar D4 Dozer Pedal Car Unrestored Vintage Circa 1949

Caterpillar bulldozer by New London Metal Processing Corp. Approximate measurements: Length - 40" -- Height (to the top of the NLMP radiator cap) - 21 1/2" -- Shovel blade (widest area of dozer) 22 wide. Have no idea of weight, but my guess would be 50 - 65 lbs.

The pedals chain has been oiled & works. The metal tracks that go around the wheel areas are intact and work. The right & left steering handles work.

Obvious missing parts (to my pedal car untrained eyes), include, but may not be limited to: rubber tires, smokestack, the metal handle & bracket that goes on the right side of the engine hood to raise the shovel blade, and a rubber top for the metal left turn steering handle. Pictures show where areas of the dozer have already been primed for restoration. You will notice on pic(s) of one tire, in the center there is a circular raised area where it has been welded & needs to be ground down. View all areas of each photo carefully.
